Lose significant weight in 4 months?
I’m currently 229 lbs and I’m watching my diet (proteins and veggies and greens) and portion sizes and hitting the elliptical for 40-45 minutes 4-5 days a week. I make sure to do at least 20-30 minutes on the elliptical HIIT and the rest at steady pace or sometimes the entire time HIIT. Will I see changes in 4 months?
