Okay let’s check in. How’s everyone doing? We are on week two and I feel like improvements are already happening. I’ve been doing ringfit and as of this morning I planked the whole set without falling. Also already dropping weight. I just want to say I’m proud of you all and you are doing amazing! Keep it up!
How was week one for you? Happy with the progress or struggling? For me I finally had a hard look at my progress and realized I’d gained holiday weight. It’s lit a fire in me to start running again and get back to it all.
