Wednesday Workout
No push-ups!!! Descend ladder: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of Burpees & sit ups. Perform 10 burpee, 10 sit up, 9 burpee, 9 sit up, 8 burpee, 8 sit up and so on to 1 Scaling would be to do 5-4-3-2-1 rounds

30 burpees for time. Post your times below. All variations are okay for the movement.

300 body weight squats! Any variations of repetitions or break down is allowed.

Monday Challenge is here!
100 step ups. Any kind of variation accepted. Step up on the step into/out of the front door or garage. Step up onto the 2nd stair of a stair case. Use a box or couch or something similar. I used my stair case this morning.

Weekend Bonus
Log 10,000 steps a day or 20,000 total by end of day Sunday. With rain/snow it’s going to get challenging so hop on the treadmill or like me, take lots of laps around the living room!

Friday Challenge
100 Push Ups Throughout the whole day. Complete in as few sets as possible. So 10 sets of 10 etc. Scale options- knees down, include using desk for your hands and your feet on ground.
