Struggles of being perfect
Hi am Joy and i am really struggling to get rest days with in my fasting plan and exercise, i feel like if I don't fast for 20hrs and eat for 4 that is wasted i hope i can learn to know when to relax but for now that's all I have and also am trying to lose 17kg in 3months like real quick i hope i can do it 💪🏽🤷🏽♀️
