Constipation?
It seems like since I've started eating healthier I'm always constipated. I can go days without using the restroom whereas before it was 2-3 times per day. Anyone else experience this? Any remedies? I drink a ton of water, but I'm not really sure of my fiber intake. I need to start watching it more.

Spinning!!!! Tonight was my third class and I absolutely love it!! After the first class my bum hurt terribly, and I swore it would never get better but the pain has subsided. I'm pouring sweat when I leave and it's such a great calorie burner!

My activity level is currently set at sedentary. I have a desk job, but workout at least 5 times per with 30 min cardio sessions and 2-3 times per week I do a full body weight routine. Should I change my level to lightly active?

Not catching up mentally.....

When I plug my info into MFP it says I should be eating 2290 calories a day, I have however been eating around 1200 and with exercise it's less on most days.
