Good morning I have heard that you need to rest one day a week but I am concerned that it would start a trend for me and I would get off track. I also have heard that you should workout seven days a week. I would like to hear your comments on the subject. Thanks
I am having trouble reporting my exercise. I did 45 min consisting of cardio and strength training but I don't know how to figure out calories burned or what to search for. Can someone help me?
