Eggplant Pasta sauce
Recipe for pasta sauce with egg plant in a pan put couple of tbsp of olive oil. Saute 1 medium onion + 1-2 cloves of garlic+some crushed chilli peppers. After about a minute or 2, add 1-2 eggplants. Roasted almond + honey
