I have been running the 5/3/1 protocol for a couple years now. I have seen awesome strength gains but in my sport (inline speed skating) I feel like I could benefit more from muscular endurance when I ramp up my training closer to my peak out so I am thinking more volume is the key but maintain or gain strength still.…

Carb to Protein Ratio for Post Workot...
Anyone out there have a good source for studies on Carb to Protein ratios post workout? I have seen as low as 2:1 to as high as 4:1. I have also found some recommend consuming carbs that are low on the GI scale. Any reports of this out there as well?
