Hi all I have some cellulite on my thighs, and butt :( I always work out but I just cant get rid of it! Any suggestions???? Im wondering if doing squats along with my workout routine will help? Going over on sugar with fruit
How bad is it to go over your recommended daily sugar portions with fruit? I had a fruit salad for lunch - a banana, kiwi, small plum, and a couple concord grapes. And I went over -9g..... Hi all, I always hear people on diets say 'once a week I eat whatever I want , it speeds up my metabolism after eating healthy all week, and that helps lose weight' ..... have you ever heard of this? does this make any sense at all? weekend slump!!

After my exercise and meals today, I have about 530 calories left.. I start out at 1200, and since I worked out a lot I have a few calories left and id really like to have a frosted cinnamon roll from Tim's for a treat cause Ive been working super hard......... would it be a waste to use my 400 of my 530 for it.... ohhh…

time for strength workouts
so i always hear of people doing lower body strength days, or upper, etc.. but how much time should this be? I go to a womens gym with circuit training. I usually try to do 40-50 minutes of cardio a day and then 20 minutes circuit training where I do strength.... is this enough?
