Running NSV
This is a bit of a small one, but it made me proud and wanted to share :) I've gone from dying at the end of running 240meters at 8.7km/h, to being able to run 500meters at 9km/h and feel like I could keep going at the end. This running stuff is BRILLIANT

Desperately Seeking Help
Hey guys, I started on here a while back but it seems that no matter how I try, I can't stick it. I'll get sick, or give up. It's my own fault, but I'm now at my heaviest and really looking for some advice, anything is appreciated, even if it's a boot up the bum! Many, many thanks in advance
