Calories from cooking with olive oil?
Hi -- when you sautee something with olive oil, do you count all of the calories from the olive oil? For example, add 200 calories if you cook something in 2 tablespoons of olive oil? I think the answer is yes, but that's kind of a painful waste of calories!

T25 only 3-4 times a week?
Let's assume that you could only do T25 for 3 or 4 days a week for 25 minutes a day. How would you modify the schedule? Would you still just go in sequence, or would you cut out some of the workouts?

Fitbit Flex is now available at Best Buy?!
Apparently Best Buy decided to jump the gun and release the fitbit flex before other retailers, at least according to many commentators on the Fit bit facebook page. Not all locations have them though. I just ordered mine online for pick-up at a local store tomorrow morning. I am so excited!!

How to Exclude Additional Exercise Calories?
Is there really no way to have Calories Remaining not include additional calories from exercise? I just switched to using a TDEE calculator (thank god and thanks to this group!), so I don't want my calories remaining to be increased by the calories burned exercising.
