I did 80 minutes of cardio exercises yesterday (treadmill, bike and elliptical) but I do know that I did not burn 1059 calories using the exercise tool MFP has it was more like 600. I've been doing cardio for a little over a week now and am ready to add strength training. Is there a proper order to do this? I'm guessing strength training first and then end it with cardio but I'm really not sure.
