Can't do a (modified) roll-up
Hello, Anybody got tips on modifying the modified roll-up so I can do it? I can only lift my shoulders and maybe my upper back off the ground, and then I just stop, even when doing the modified version (as demonstrated here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1pWz27ln-U, so with bend legs and using arms to pull you up).
