Our duplex caught fire last night and then entire back half of the house is gone. The front have has extensive damage. Everyone is okay, but my youngest is having a VERY hard time. I went to the gym today, and the intervals that I normally walk/walk faster....I had to walk FAST/RUN to get my heart rate up where it needs to be! GO ME!:wink: :laugh:

Active Recovery or Full Rest?
I just started a new fitness program and my quads are screaming. Is it better to take the full rest day, or to get up and get moving? Share your portion control tricks.....
For big bags of things (nuts, chips, crackers, etc) I use my food saver to portion them out. :) Then I can grab a little pack and know that it's one serving, without the temptation of having the entire big bag or canister available. lol

I started the Turbulence Training program today, and for the most part...I made it! :D I had to shorten just a couple of super-sets because I hit muscle failure, but I'll make it next time! :)
