How much does iodine deficiency contribute to sluggish thyroid?
This is something I've been wondering. Personally, I know I get a low amount of daily iodine, as I don't use iodized salt, or eat much seaweed. How much could that contribute overall in general to people who are having challenges with gaining or losing weight?

strengthening vastus medialis
Aside from hitting up the adductor machine, what else would be good to strengthen the vastus medialis? Doc wants me to hit that for a while to work on these knee issues.

So, I'm a Massachusetts mason, an ancient. I ended up moving out here to WA, and I've been out of lodge for so long that I'm not even sure I could survive an examination anymore. Being so far from my lodge, I an't just sit with another brother to re-learn the traditions... any suggestions? I've become really embarassed…
