I've got 10 pounds to lose and my focus is to do some major toning. I'm on 1,200 cals per day and staying away from the bad carbs and sticking foods that are higher in protien. What should my max sugar grams per day? Is it bad to be too low?
I've heard that if you eat the foods that are best for your blood type, you can keep your weight under control. Has anyone tried this method and is it successful?
