Alternative for Cardio
Hello, I injured my heel over the weekend and I can't put any weight on it. I weight train 3 times a week and do cardio 3 times a week. by running or skateboarding. My weight training is unaffected by this but I was wondering what can I do on my cardio days as an alternative to running and putting weight on my heel?…
