Today feels different to me.

Learned something today
I saw something about sugar free gum and alcohol sugar. Looked at my gum I chew when running and it has 1~2g of this sugar. I have already had 5 sticks by 8 am. Well the gum is gone and should help me to fully reach keyto now. I feel like I am right on the edge of going in and out.

Running pain...in my arms.
Finally got a morning run in and it was very revealing. I have been having a lot of pain in my upper forearms. Fit Bit force finally died, what next?
After 2 1/4 years my force finally died. I want something new that can display in coming call & email titles so I can see if it is important, control music and a HRM. GPS is not that important due to always having phone handy. Looking for any recommendations and also waiting to see if Blaze is worth the price.

Putting logging on pause.
I like changing things up to keep from getting bored so here is my latest. I think I am pretty well trained now in my new lifestyle and really haven't had any problems maintaining my weight for the last two months. I am going to stop logging for the next week and see how it goes. Anybody else try this?

need a good app for AB workout
I run most weekdays and do resistance weights three days a week. I really enjoy doing an AB workout each morning but can't seem to find the right one. Looking for something that is about 15 to 20 minutes long. Don't mind paying for the AP either. Any suggestions? The one I am using now will soon be almost an hour long .
