This met be a silly question, but new to weighing food. I am eating a baked potato, do I use the precooked weight or the cooked weight when adding up my totals?
I just started m.f.p. on Monday. I am having a lot of trouble with foods. I cannot meet the calorie intake I was given (1360) because I keep going over in sugar (27 g ) . I am eating fruit in the morning and that is where a lot of my sugar is taken. Please if anyone could give advise greatly appreciated.
