Learning to like fruits, veggies and all over again
It's amazing how good and healthy after I eat a piece of fruit...and not guilty as if I would eat a whole bag or a dozen cookies... I can still eat, but less of it...and if I eat too much of something... I just have to pay for it by exercising more.. Not that I don't like veggies, I just never eat them...i just find them…

Failry new to MFP but love it...five days into it and honestly I would rather log into MFP than Facebook! Question is: once you have reached your goal weight, how do maintain it ? Do I stay at the calorie level I've been all along. Thanks in advance for any advice.
