Protein vs Fiber

The weighing machine hates me
I have been working out 4 out of 7 days a week, I am staying within my calorie goal, still no weight loss. It has been a month now. I might have lost some inches, clothes fit better. Why am I not seeing the weight going down? I am getting frustrated. Ash

How often should I check my weight?
Should I check my weight once every week or once every 2 weeks or every other day? Weight Watchers suggest that you weigh yourself every week. Also should I weigh myself as soon as I get up in the morning or any time of the day?

Discouraged and need motivation
Guys, I have been following MFP for about 10 days now, doing 45 mins to an hour of exercise 4 out of 7 days a week and I have gained a pound. I have up ed my protein intake, lowered carb intake, but still a gain. What am I doing wrong? Please suggest :sad:

Keifer Milk
