Whose Life Plan does NOT include logging?
I see sooo many people here logging calories and I mean, it's a great idea and all and it helps...but I try it...and it's sooooo hard to figure out the calories anyway in some things especially when eating at parents houses or somewhere other than home. How to track ab workouts?
I'm starting to add ab workouts into my week but I'm not sure what to log them as. I have one that is part of a dance workout video. It's all standing up ab work. And today I did Extreme Abs from Chalean Xtreme. What would I log them as?

Exercise Videos - do you do a program or not?
So if you workout by dvds do you do a program, like all of the 30 Day Shred or 60 days of Insanity, etc? I personally don't. I get bored if I do the same thing over and over again and I don't like to do intense exercise every single day. If I do workout every single day it is a different video/program.

Getting so frustrated...pain in knees and ankel

Log warm up as part of exercise?
I guess this goes more for workout videos. I usually log the full video as my workout time. But when you actually think about it the actual work out is not that whole time. Soo do you subtract warm up and cool down and only do the actual workout or do you log the full time?

A tip for motivation...
So not sure if anybody else does this but one way to motivate myself to workout is to highlight a calender. I take a calender and put it on my fridge and for everyday I workout, I highlight the day.
