Anyone else exercise to metal???
So, I'm a fan of hip/hop or dance music part of the time, but I find that I get MUCH more into my work out if I'm rocking some heavy metal (my fav genre of music)! It just makes me want to go harder, faster, and not give up!! Any other metal heads out there? What's your fav to work out to?
