How to lose 6 pounds overnight...
(Tongue in cheek post) Last night I was hit with a violent and miserable stomach bug where I spent more time in the bathroom than in my bed. I lost 6 overnight. Great weight loss plan! 🤣🤣🤣 *I’m aware it will come back as I start eating and drinking again. **I’m not recommending intentionally getting sick to lose weight.

I’m fascinated by Apple’s customized monthly activity goals and how they change over time. (Almost) Walked through my shoes this summer!
Since June 1st I’ve walked 677.9 miles, closed 99.97% (487 of 488) of my Apple Watch rings, dropped 29.5 pounds and worn out a pair of tennis shoes. I’ve still got a bit more to go (somewhere between 6-16 pounds) but I’m feeling so much better!
