Does it really matter that my fats are consistently over?? :/
I don't avail much of the reports feature on MFP and I'm just realising that with closer look at them I consistently go over on fats! they average 35% of my daily average intake! Push Notification issues for Samsung S4 :/
Since I upgraded my phone I'm not receiving any MFP push notifications AT ALL :/ I have checked the settings on here, the app and on my phone but nothing I have done is making any difference boohoo! does anyone have a solution please? Running/jogging question:- I find my arms/shoulders seem a little tense when I jog. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong? Does anyone bloat after eating Pasta?
