Stuck On A Plateau

Hi - I'm Sandy and I am working on getting fit. I've got a few lbs to lose and I want to tone muscles again and build endurance. Also trying to stick to a whole food diet - dump processed foods especially sugars and simple carbs. Happy to have like minded friends!
