Reverse diet - does it work
Anyone have any luck slowly boosting calories while lifting to increase metabolism? Did it work for you? Wondering if it’s right for me. Currently 22 female 5’3’’, 114 lbs, 19.8% bf, following a Muscle Building Routine 4 day Upper/Lower split for 6 weeks. Eating 1500-1600 maintence. 2-3 cardio 30 mins/day per week.

Carbs vs. calories
Hi this may be a dumb question, but how important is it to remain within your carb limit? I stay within my calorie limit. Has anyone had success ignoring their carbs and paying attention to only calories and vice versa? I am not interested in Keto or fad diets. I obviously like carbs a bit too much.

Getting enough fat
Hello, I am currently recomping and am wondering if fat truly does matter in muscle gains. I am 123lb, 5’4’’ female, but I have a high BF%, around 24%. I typically eat TONS of veggies so my carb intake is quite high. I manage to intake at least 130g protein per day. But what about fats?!? I really struggle to get above 25g.

Large weight gain :(
