colds throw a wrench into everything!
Argh! I have this sinus cold and I either dont feel like eating at all or I try to "feed" the cold. I am exhausted and although not going over in calories I am just not getting what I need as far as protein, water and fiber. CArbs are never a prob esp when I am sick. Hoping this goes away soon so I can get on track again.…

OMG!!! Chicken nuggets!
WOW and OMG!!! Until now I did not realize how bad Chicken nuggets are for you. I knew they were the best but 168 cal in 3 of them!? Im so glad I am more conscious of what I am eating.

The scale finally flippin moved!
It finally moved! I have been feeling better seeing my tummy not as big. I guess that can happen esp with women with PCOS. No weight loss then a bunch. I just about said forget it boy am I glad I didnt! :smile: :smile: :smile:

Okay. So I have quite frankly never been to a gym. I have one very near my house but the thing is that I havent a clue how to work the machines. Do I do it myself? Ask a friend to come with me? I need a little help please
I have a significant amout to loose. I have been doing everything right. Staying within 1500 calories, Eating right, excercising and the scale is just not moving. Please tell me the scale gives in eventually. :ohwell:
