  I've done the Newcastle one! Was also gonna try Gateshead at some point so I can shake it up a bit

  When you complete the app, I encourage you to try a Park Run if there's any nearby, I did my first one last Saturday. They're worldwide, timed 5Ks and completely free! Cause there are so many people …
