3 lbs is nothing to worry about, continue what you are doing, of course if after 3-4 weeks, you're still stuck at that weight then I would question the number of calories you're eating.1 -

Do cardio if you enjoy it, but it's unnecessary for weight loss. I am on a cut currently and I don't even do cardio simply because it's not something I enjoy and I already have an excellent metabolis…2 -
