I noticed you mentioned that you don't get thirsty. Typically, you are already somewhat dehydrated well before you experience thirst. So drink a little more even if you're not thirsty.6 -

I pre-log a cookie or piece of pie (no, really!) to see whether I have enough calories left to have a treat. I hate feeling deprived, and the coffee plus treat ritual is calming and satisfying to me.…6
