Happy Monday all, what do we have planned for the day? I have a HIIT workout scheduled and then yoga later. I started a DietBet and yeah...need to buckle down for sure!1 -

I walk every day, I do yoga 2 or 3 times a week, I do HIIT a couple times a week and do some strength training. Not following any specific plan though3 -
