Mints seems to work well for me. I find peppermint tea the most effective. I think it is because my appetite goes up when I am stressed, and peppermint tea calms me down and I also feel full.2 -
Re: Thoughts on Beyond Burger and other fake meat
Those are so good. I like vegetarian options that don't try to taste like real meat. I feel like the more they try to make it taste like meat, the worst it tastes. I am not a vegetarian since I stillβ¦1
