Carbs make you hold water. When you eat more, you have more water in you. You aren't stalled, you are just holding more water. There is no impact on fat loss though.13 -

My tip was to pm @nvmomketo but she already responded. I'm not for certain but I am pretty sure she is the only person on these boards who has the medical necessity for keto and is sensible about it.2
