You can make a classic potato soup just substituting oat or cashew milk. Don't boil the alternative milks since they separate very easily. I am allergic to the proteins in dairy so I sub all the time…1 -

You can make quick breads with gluten free flours (less chance of yeast contamination) and baking powder. Be sure to stay away from the melon family (they harbor molds on the skins).1 -

I find most Stash teas taste like licorice which isn't a flavor I like. They are also very weak in my opinion.1 -

I tried the pretzels and they tasted like burnt cocoa powder. I really like most filled pretzels but this is a pass.3 -

Whatever you make, just be sure to give an ingredient list. As someone with allergies, this is a must for me.4
