Of course you will lose weight if you eat less, but it isn't speeding up your metabolism. This is a low cal plan, that's all. The calc are done by a third party on a review of the program.2 -

Go outside and walk for 30 minutes. Look into a C25K running program. Go on hikes. Do fun stuff. Bike. Swim.6
