My partner and I ended up going out as soon as I got home from work to do some Halloween shopping. We ate some amazing sushi for dinner, so managed to stay pretty healthy. But I failed to log or do aā¦4 -

Water is a struggle lately for some reason...but I've been doing great on my calories. I feel like this antibiotic I'm taking is doing nothing for my ear/sinus infection though JFT 10/19 - 64 oz of wā¦2
