  Thanks for all the positive comments. I'd thought I'd post a photo of my wife who has lost 140lb over the last two years. She's been my inspiration for the loss.

  Upgraded my coffee machine yesterday (help the feel good factor due to my operation) and I'm now drinking far too many skinny latte's. 480 calories today... Dohhh. Going to have to slow down the coff…

  Yes it is. Apparently it happens a lot with people who have lost a lot of weight over a shot period. I've lost 100lb in 8 months.
