It's your Circadian Rhythm out of sync. Night time is for sleeping, not eating. You are not hungry, you are tired, so go sleep. Google it, its a very interesting biological process.3 -

I read late night hunger is mostly your body really telling you its tired. Then you snack on food to try and stay awake, when all you need to do is push through it or go to bed.6 -
