Same thing happened to me, FlexJackson. Changed jobs but everything else stayed the same-- same workouts, same food, same sleep. What had always worked before stopped working. Couldn't figure it out.…4 -

Do you watch your macros? If so, are there macros you need more? E.g. My meals tend to be low fat so I depend on high fat snacks like nuts & cheese. Also fat bombs...mmmmm.2 -

MFP provides a calorie goal BEFORE exercise. If you exercise, you get more calories. Are the critics comparing pre-exercise and post-exercise calorie targets?10 -
