1. Diet or 2. exercise? For me I'd say diet is much more of a struggle than exercise.5 -

planning and logging my meals the night before so I wake up ready for the day knowing what I'll eat already and that if I stick to whats logged I will have nailed it at the end of the day.8 -

Wow! I'm glad I must be in the minority. At 55 (and menopausal) I've NEVER had a single menopausal symptom ever. Im as active, flexible and can workout harder and better than I did in my 30's. I feel…21
