Meal timing/frequency is a preference thing. What matters is that you're hitting your calorie targets at the end of the day/week.2 -

I haven't really changed a whole lot, besides portion sizes, but I have made the permanent switch from regular soda, to diet soda.2 -

It's really going to vary based on what veggie/fruit combinations people are eating. I'm putting together my plan for Monday and so far I'm up to around 600 grams, and it's only around 187 calories. …1
