I love things like cabbage, steamed veggies paired with lean meat- Also stirfry veggies are great- can use lots of mushroom if don't prefer meat- lastly I love oatmeal with fruit soooo good and filli…1 -

I drink 2-4 cups a day of coffee then i also do the herbal teas- just really love coffee- my favorite drink- hot or cold- don't matter1
