Eat how you like. There's no reason to break your calories down into small meals if you don't want to. It's all about CICO (calories in calories out) not the timing of those calories.5 -

I do 1200 a day. If you have eaten at least 1000 calories then you won't get that message. But you really need to physically eat 1200 for proper nutrition. I take a multivitamin to be sure. I eat bac…1 -

Enter your stats into MFP and choose a half pound a week. Then, log the food you eat. Exercise and you can eat 50%-75% of those calories back. I do recommend weighing your food on a kitchen scale.1
