I generally concur with the above comments. I did lose 50 lbs in my first 5 months, which is of course the same rate of weight loss as losing 5 stone (70 lbs) in 7 months. In "theory" it's …9 -

1.5 hrs on exercise bike 30 minutes on my new mini-trampoline, just arrived today. Fun!!3
