If you’re trying to combine the things you like best from two systems, you’re not really doing it “bybthe book”. It’s best to pick one system and stick with it.1 -

If you feel hungrier it’s prob due to sugar spikes and less protein. I focus mainly on getting enough protein and veggies , then the rest falls into place.2
