A lot of the CrossFit community do this in active recovery days. Couldn't confirm the %ages but it makes sense that you get more reward for working a little harder.3 -

really depends what your goal is? If its to drop weight I wouldn't eat back any exercise calories....unless you are fatigued from your workouts.12
