I think any change is good. I change my workouts every 12 weeks. The order, the exercises, etc.. Right now Im doing 5 days a week M-F. Sometimes a Sat for any extra needed work. M- Legs T- Chest W- B…2 -

Me and my gf found an open gym about 6 weeks ago. Been doing 5-6 days a week. Only down 5 lbs but it looks like after I adjust my diet this week, I’ll start dropping more.3
