What worked for me today was doing a walk/dance workout instead of the second HIIT workout I had planned since I was not feeling the first workout. :) This helped me complete my step goal for the day…3 -

@jeepkat1 Welcome. Sounds like you are off to a great start. I would say listen to your body and if you still feel hungry after the 1050 calories, then eat more, but, if not, do not push it. @JNettie…3 -
