Everyone's weight fluctuates day to day and can be affected by things like your cycle etc. How long have you been on your diet , how many calories are you eating total, are you using a food scale ?1 -

I had Achilles pain for awhile and found it was actually because I was tight all the way up to the glute on that side. Foam rolling the glutes and legs all the way down for about 10 min helped immens…2 -
